| Wow!!! What a great workout from my Boot Campers this morning. I am truly inspired by their enthusiasm and grit. The energy keeps building day by day. Before you know it there will be complete bedlam!!! I love the Boot Camp program. We incorporate a warm-up, stretching, muscle conditioning, plyometrics, and full body cardio into one efficient workout.
